Working for a ministry can be challenging because of the many hats church employees wear and the limited resources available to help fulfill the church mission.
The good news is there are encouraging Bible verses for church leadership and those who are called into full-time ministry.

- The things which are impossible with men are possible with God. Luke 18:27
- And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28
- If God is for us, who can be against us? Romans 8:31
- Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him. 1 Cor 2:9
- And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Galatians 6:9
- Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ. Phil 1:6
- For it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure. Phil 2:13

- I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Phil 4:13

- For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise. Hebrews 10:36
- If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God who gives to all liberally and without reproach. James 1: 5
- He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son. Revelation 21: 7
