Smart Church Management (SCM) is a church management consulting company that offers services to help the local church develop systems and processes to support church growth. Whether the system is to manage and budget limited resources, recruit, train and schedule volunteers or the process of hiring, training and developing church employees – SCM strives to help churches manage their day-to-day operations.
Patricia Lotich, Founder of SCM, is an MBA and Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence through the American Society for Quality.
She has ten years of Business Administration and Church Operations experience and has a driving passion to help churches fulfill their call by managing the resources God has given them – people, money and facilities.
Patricia also has extensive experience in the nonprofit industry helping organizations create customer centered processes to support and improve the customer experience.
Patricia has a gift of assessing organizations and the skill to help develop plans to strengthen organizational pillars of excellence.
Patricia became a Christian as an adult and is committed to using her business experience and gifts to help the local church.
She is an avid (learning) golfer and spends her free time with her husband Bob, lap-dog Maggie and two grown children.
