In case you have been hiding in a cave, the world has gone a little crazy. If I weren’t living it, I wouldn’t believe what we are all witnessing.
I think we all hoped that once midnight rang out on December 31, 2020, we would take a sigh of relief now that the year 2020 was behind us.
Unfortunately, things have not improved much.
If you are like me, you take your refuge in the Word of God. I’m thankful that I can open God’s holy Word and find comfort and peace.
Soak on these 20 Bible Verses that give us peace during these difficult times!
1. Philippians 4:6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;
2. John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
3. 1 Peter 5:7 casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
4. Philippians 4: 12-13 I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. 13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
5. 2 Thessalonians 3:16 Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always in every way. The Lord be with you all.
