Smart Church Management New Book Release

I’m excited to share my new book release with you.  I just released my new book, Smart Church Management:  A Quality Approach to Church Administration.

The book was influenced by my passion for helping church leaders manage the resources that God has blessed them with which is  – people, time and money.  People give of their time to volunteer and tithe on their income to support the church.  Managing these resources is a significant responsibility and church leaders sometimes need help with the administrative side of running a church.

When I left the corporate world to work on a church staff, I soon realized that managing a church office has many of the same challenges as managing any other business and requires many of the same systems and processes to be successful. Developing a strategic plan that is implemented through the completion of goals is the first step in fulfilling a church mission.  The next step is developing strong leadership and a good communication processes.  Smart Church Management: A Quality Approach to Church Administration offers tips on the successful operation of a church which requires a strong decision making model, problem solving tools, positive employee management, structured volunteer oversight, systematic budgeting process, strategized customer focus as well as public relations and emergency management preparation!
